Constipation Challenge

Constipation is a major problem for a lot of people. It is reported that up to 20% of the population suffers from constipation. It can cause pain, gas and bloating, and decrease quality of life for those who have it.

Below is my 4 week Constipation Challenge Most often, eating more plants, drinking more water, stretching and moving, and improving your toilet technique can help. In addition, changes in your pelvic floor can contribute to constipation, so please talk to a pelvic floor therapist if further evaluation is needed.
