Pelvic and Chronic Pain

Pelvic pain can greatly affect everyday activities causing dysfunction with bowel and bladder, sexual health, sitting, standing, and basic activities of daily living. Pelvic pain can be deep internal pain, tailbone pain, perineal pain, groin pain, or even low back pain. Women, men and children can experience pelvic pain.

Pelvic floor therapy asses the pain region from the inside out to determine the root cause.

Conditions related to pain that we can treat include:

  • Vaginismus and Vulvodynia

  • Bladder Pain (Interstitial Cystitis)

  • Dyspareunia (pain with sex)
